L&Q Update - Retirement
Gerri Scott will be retiring as our Executive Group Director for Customer Services in April.
Gerri has been instrumental in developing a new, robust approach to delivering customer service, including a more locally responsive patch-based housing management structure, setting up a specialist antisocial behaviour team, and launching our major works programme.
We are taking this opportunity to split Gerri's current role into two separate Executive Group roles, which will further support the delivery of our plans.
An Executive Group Director for Property Services will have responsibility for all property and maintenance services across the Group.
The role of Executive Group Director, Customer Services, will now focus on housing management, customer services, the Foundation, rent and service charges, digital services and income.
These teams are at the forefront of delivering our Future Shape strategic priorities of more significant investment in existing homes, more focus on and investment in the safety of colleagues and residents, and more focus on delivering reliable, repeatable and consistent services.
